I’m reminded of another picture of a people mover converted for track use and also on 2 wheels.

It’s always fun when it starts here: “That’s not a knife, THIS is a knife!”

Crazy to think that a modern F-150 could probably beat it in a drag race.

Now wouldn’t that make an interesting NASCAR entry?

When was the last time someone drag raced a full-size van? Though yeah technology has really improved in 45-some years.
The aero was quite terrible, it’s a van after all, the handling was where it really shone.

Supervan 4, if it ever is to exist, could use the latest GT’s running gear. Oh boy, that would be something.

2010?
OK, not drag as such, but pretty darn close

I really want those wheels and coilovers. Of course, the wife does 99% of the driving, so the front lip would be gone and all four wheel curb-rashed within a couple days. Nothing against her in particular, it’s just that most people aren’t ready for low cars with long overhangs.

Well my mom already destroyed the gravel guard under our Ody by driving it over the curb but the tiny wheels on our van protect against rashing pretty well...yeah, I don’t think I would be ready for that much overhang without some practice...
